Trade in Video Games

Do you have old Video Games that you never play? Have you finished a game and are looking for something new? Sell them to us for cash or credit!

What Can I Sell?

Currently we are buying all console video games. We do not currently accept PC games that require a CD Key to activate. We also buy games as disc or cartridge only as well as complete in box.

How Much Will I Get?

This all depends on the games, their condition, whether or not they are disc only etc. Before placing a trade in, we recommend contacting us for a custom quote. This will give you a rough estimate as to what you can expect to receive for your games.

You can also check the trade in prices of any games listed on our website! Just search for the game you want to trade and the prices will be listed on the games product page! 

NOTE: We also buy games that are not listed on our website yet! Contact us for a custom quote!

How do I send my Games?

Once you have sorted and packaged your cards securely, place a free trade order and generate a returns label here. 

Thats it! All you have to do is drop the box at your local post office and your order will be on its way to us for processing!

Trade orders normally take 3-5 working days to process from the time we receive them however during busy period this may take longer. You can view the status of your order in the "My Account" section of our website.

Please Note:

• The maximum weight for a single trade in box is 20Kg. Please do not re-use postage labels. If you require additional labels please contact us and we can supply as many as you need! :)
• Please be sure to include a copy of the label and a print out of your order in the box. If there is any damage to the label during transit, Royal Mail can use the label you provide inside to get your parcel to us.
• Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused during shipping. Please ensure that your games are packaged securely to prevent shipping damage.
• Due to the price of games changing on a daily basis, custom quotes are only valid for 7 days from the time we send them to you. Orders received outside this window may be re-quoted.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order, for any reason, at any time.
• Please note, abandoned ordered will be disposed of 28 days after processing has completed. We will contact you several times throughout this period to attempt to complete your order.
• Any games that we cannot buy in (due to poor condition etc.) will be returned to you at your expense or disposed of at your request.  
• If you do not wish to sell your games to us after we receive them, we can return them to you at your request and at your expense.
