Delivery Information
UK Orders
We ship within the UK using Royal Mail's service. We offer a range of options so that you may select a shipping method that best suits your needs in terms of timing as well as price.
We offer Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail 48, and Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail aim to deliver Royal Mail 24 parcels next working day, while they aim to deliver Royal Mail 48 items within 2-3 working days. The only difference between these options and their tracked variants, is that when you select the tracked option, you will receive a tracking number from us so that you may follow your parcel on its journey to you.
We offer free shipping for any orders above £150! For orders above £150 but below £250, your parcel will be dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48. For orders above £250, we will dispatch your items using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Any orders placed before 6pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be shipped out the following working day. On Sundays there are no Royal Mail collections, and any orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note: If your parcel does not arrive in the time frames specified above, that Royal Mail state that it can take up to 10 additional working days after the specified date for deliveries to arrive. If your parcel has not arrived within that time frame, let us know and we will reach out and contact them on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot help until after this time has elapsed. If you have chosen a non-tracked option for your delivery, we will not have a tracking number for your order. Instead, we will have a delivery receipt that only allows us to check whether or not an item has arrived.

International Orders
We offer a range of delivery solutions to international customers, of which all applicable services are listed during the checkout screen. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery of international orders. If your country is not listed here, please reach out and contact us and we will add this in for you.
Trading Holiday
We observe all postal holidays in Northern Ireland including Sundays and any bank holidays. On these days, post will not be shipped out until the next working day. We are a small business and so, there may be times when we are not available to post items out. These occurrences are rare and will be clearly indicated in advance on the banner at the top of our website. Any orders placing during one of these trading holidays will be dispatched on the end date indicated on the banner. Orders will not be subject to these trading holidays without prior notice before the order is placed.
We pack everything securely using curb-side recyclable environmentally friendly packaging. When you shop with us you can rest assured that we will do everything we can on our end to make sure your parcel arrives to you safely and in a timely manner. Every parcel is wrapped in our custom packaging and is packed with care.
