What Can I Sell?

Currently we are buying all kinds of Pokémon TCG Cards that meet the below requirements:

• Cards are in English language
• Cards are in 'Near Mint' condition or above
• Cards are genuine and non-counterfeit only
• No individual "World Championship Deck" cards. We presently only accept complete World Championship Decks.
• Pokémon TCG cards of any set or rarity are accepted

How do I send my Cards?

Once you have sorted your cards according to our criteria listed below and packaged your cards securely, place a free trade order.

For our UK based customers, you can then generate pre-paid postage labels here. Thats it! All you have to do is drop the box at your local post office and your order will be on its way to us for processing!

For our International customers, we unfortunately do not provide a pre-paid postage label in order to ship your trade in to us.  However, if you are willing to pay for the shipping, we would love to receive your trade ins too! Once your order is placed, you can post your order to the following address: 11-13 Great James Street, Derry, Northern Ireland, BT48 7BZ.

Bulk orders normally take 3-5 working days to process from the time we receive them however during busy period this may take longer. Please allow additional time for particularly large trade in orders. 

Please Note:

Sorting Cards:

• For Pokémon TCG Trade Ins, please sort all cards by rarity and type. 
• If you send your cards to us for trade in without sorting according to our criteria (please see: 'How do I sort my trading cards for trade in?' in our about us section below for further clarity), then a sorting fee of 30% of the value of the trade in will be applied to your order and deducted from your total once we buy your cards in.  This fee is to account for the staff cost associated with sorting your order.  

Packing Cards:

• For our UK customers, our postage labels are generated through Royal Mail. For these parcels, Royal Mail have a maximum weight of 20kg and maximum dimensions of 61x46x46cm. Postage labels can only be used once and must not re-used. Each box you send requires its own unique label. If you require additional labels for your trade in order (i.e you are sending multiple boxes), additional postage labels can easily be generated using the same link used to generate your initial label.
• If the maximum weight or dimensions listed above are exceeded, or if a postage label is used multiple times, we will be charged a surcharge for your shipment. This charge will be passed on to you the customer.
• Please use the minimum number of postage labels necessary to ship your order. For example, if you have 15kg worth of cards, please post this as one large parcel of 15kg rather than three smaller parcels of 5kg. You can tape smaller boxes together securely to ship as one larger parcel with one postage as long as you do not exceed the maximum weight or dimensions listed above. If additional postage labels are used unnecessarily, we will charge any additional unnecessary postage incurred back to you, the customer. 
• Please include a copy of the label and a print out of your order confirmation in the box along with your cards. If there is any damage to the label during transit, Royal Mail can use the label you provide inside to get your parcel to us.
• Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused during shipping. Please ensure that your cards are packaged securely to prevent shipping damage.

Pricing & Purchasing:

• The price we will pay for 'bulk cards' is listed in the table above. The price listed per 100 but you will be paid for any cards you send in provided they meet our criteria listed above. For example, if we pay £1.00 for 100 cards but you send in 10, then you will be offered 10 pence.
• Due to the price of cards fluctuating on a daily basis, custom quotes on 'Ultra-Rare cards' (cards whose pricing is not listed in the table above) are only valid for 7 days from the time we send them to you. After this time period, we recommend requesting a new quote to avoid disappointment. Card pricing will be re-evaluated and a new quote given prior to purchasing. 
• Any cards that we cannot buy in (due to poor condition etc.) will be returned to you at your expense or disposed of at your request.  
• We will consider purchasing played condition cards from older sets, but please reach out to us about any cards that are below mint / near mint condition before sending them to us to avoid disappointment.
• Once we have processed your order, we will send you a breakdown of the final counts of your cards, any charges that have been applied to your order, and the price we are willing to pay in either cash or store credit. 
• If you decide you would like to be paid in store credit, the value of your order will be applied to a digital gift card which will be sent to you by email. If you decide you would like to be paid in cash, we can send this by either bank transfer or PayPal.
• If you choose PayPal, we must send this payment by choosing 'buying goods and services'. We cannot choose 'Friends and Family'. We are not responsible for any charges incurred for sending the payment via PayPal, and these will be charged to you the customer. 
• If you do not wish to sell your cards to us after we receive them, we can return them to you at your request and at your expense. 
• If you decide you would like your cards returned to you, any surcharges eg. sorting fees, postage fees, label misuse fees etc incurred by you must be paid before the cards will be posted back to you.

Additional Ts & Cs:

• We reserve the right to refuse any order, for any reason, at any time.
• Please note, if we do not receive any communication from you for 28 days after sending you the final counts and pricing offered for your trade in, the order will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders will be disposed of after this 28 day period. We will attempt to contact you several times throughout this period in an attempt to complete your order prior to labelling it as abandoned.
